This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
A Return and Refund policy:
- Terms of return : Only 14 days for Sublimation Printers and Edible Photo printers . The item should be in the same box with its original packaging with all accessories. After 14 days only repair is accepted if the item is under warranty. Warranty for the printers are only 6 months. We can not provide any types of refund or exchange for DTF printers or UV flatbeds. There are limited warranty for these products and Printhead and mainboard are not under warranty. We help the customers for technical support and repair if you encountered any issue during the using the printers. We do not sell anymore DTG machine because DTF machines provide better techniques for T-shirt and fabric transfers.
- For other products only return accepted if the items arrived damaged or wrong products received by customer. If the items are not used and in the original packaging, we could issue a refund except the shipping costs.
- Process for return: You need to call or email us to receive a Return Authorization Number before sending back the item to us.
- Process of refund (After receiving the eligible items for return, we will refund in 7 business days to the customers)
